Our farm has been designated as Kootenay Mountain Grown, which means that we garden using organic methods. We grow fruit, spices and vegetables to supply the Retreat Center kitchens. This ambitious project requires a lot of willing hands to plant, weed, water and harvest the gifts from our gardens. If you can spare a minimum of ten days volunteering we will provide you with training, meals, accommo- dations and use of the facilities in exchange for at least thirty hours a week helping in the gardens.
