Eastern-Based Yoga Retreat

This uniquely designed yoga experience will investigate awareness in daily life through the five principles of yoga as outlned by Swami Sivananda.  Proper exercise, relaxation, pranayama, diet, and positive thinking and meditation will be investigated, with Hatha asana as the core from which the group will move.

Different styles and systems of yoga will be instructed on a daily basis, bringing the ancient and traditional wisdom of yoga to the forefront. This retreat is designed educate, vitalize, challenge, and open you to new experiences for your body and mind.

Styles of yoga that we will do include:
  • Hatha
  • Agama
  • Sivananda
  • Vinyasa


As well as times in silence, karma yoga and Osho-based meditations including Kundalini, and Chakra sounds to allow for depth and transformation.
Suitable for those with a base established in yoga, taught for all levels of ability.

Satyama-LasbySatyama is a tantra workshop facilitator, yoga, and meditation teacher. She is a disciple of Osho Rajneesh having lived and worked in the Osho International Centre for Meditation in India in 2009. She has trained in the discipline of tantra since 2003, studying under such teachers as Margot Anand, Swami Vivekananda of Agama Yoga.

With over 15 years experience in teaching people how to move their bodies and become more aware through the mind-body connection, Satyama is a multi-certified instructor in Integrative Yoga Therapy, Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga, as well as specialized systems of yoga including Sivananda and Agama Yoga.
After her own study and exploration of relationship and the potential of the human body she facilitates non-judgemental human experiences in tantra, yoga and meditation out of her intention to share her interest in learning and growing through each other. Her work moves participants into living a more loving and present life. The various techniques, styles and healing methods that she works with supports participants in their processes and spiritual evolution.
Satyama is the owner of a spiritual events company called Open to Bliss Productions and is a certified Thai, Swedish, and intuitive massage practionner.
