“If you want to find your soul, you risk encountering yourself.”C.G.Jung

Divine-ChildThe inner child, the origin of our creative, divine Self, is sleeping in all of us most of the time. Once awake its impulses turn life into a blissful experience full of joy, love and trust.

Wounded-Child-How can we access this life affirming child within if buried so deeply in our unconsciousness?
Courage and trust enables us to face our inner shadow. Guided with active imagination, we will come upon hidden, yet painful wounds of our childhood. The wounded child within is calling upon us for validation and loving support. With drawing, dance and creative writing we are able to express its feelings. This process leads through transformation back towards our origin the divine, creative child.

"Healing Arts Therapy" is a spiritual path towards healing ourselves. We are working in the here and now, becoming engaged on all levels of the person (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual) Active Imagination, Drawing and Creative Writing help us to build bridges between our conscious and unconscious Self. Expressing the unknown through Dance and Movement, we speak in our primary, archetypal language and go beyond culture, religion and social boundaries.

The physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels of the body are interconnected. We live in and through our bodies. The body contains and reveals our entire life experience. Only through the inner body experience, we can come to know ourselves and the world, and changes can happen.
