Our calendar has been expanding steadily over the past few months, and we’re excited to start sharing it online for our guests to explore, read about, and sign up for. Retreats are essential for our well-being, allowing us to dedicate time to spiritual growth. These intimate gatherings foster community and healing, providing a nurturing environment for the human spirit. They can spark unexpected personal growth, support us in expressing our truths, and help establish positive habits that we can carry back into our daily lives, all while maintaining the energy we gained during the retreat.
The inspiration drawn from these experiences can guide us toward meaningful life changes and help us align with our true paths. There’s a unique synchronicity that unfolds in these settings, often leaving participants with a profound sense of belonging and purpose. Many share the feeling that they were destined to be there at that precise moment, a sentiment we frequently hear from those who attend.

Here’s a glimpse of some of the events we have planned for this summer. Please note that some events are private, so details aren’t included here.
We aim to provide links to all public events.
If you have questions about a particular event, feel free to contact us, and we’ll help you find the information you need.
The initial two events of the season are exclusive gatherings. While they appear on our public calendar, they are not available for public registration. The events, Land-Based Exploration through Music from May 8-12 led by Fresh Trax and Sacred Song, Sound, and Soma from May 15-22, led by Robyn, are both returning favorites. Spring events are truly enchanting, with the return of birds, blooming landscapes, and the gentle warmth of the sun.
Our first event open to the public is Coyote Mentoring – Educators Retreat, scheduled for May 23-25. This retreat offers a unique chance to immerse yourself in mentorship culture, connect with fellow educators, schools, and organizations, and learn from Jeannine Tidwell, co-founder of Twin Eagles Wilderness School. It’s tailored for teachers, outdoor educators, nature lovers, and anyone eager to enhance their skills as a teacher, guide, and mentor.
We are excited to announce the return of the Plant Technology Weekend Retreat from May 30 to June 2, along with the 11-day retreat from June 4 to June 15. These are also private events. Returning events such as these allow us to strengthen our collaboration with facilitators and enhance the experiences they provide for their groups. Each visit gives us the opportunity to improve our services and create a more enriching environment.
Next up is the 9-day Silent Retreat from June 19-28 led by our returning facilitator, James Lowe. This Buddhist meditation retreat will guide participants through walking and sitting meditation, focusing initially on the tranquility of nature to help everyone connect with the land. As the retreat progresses, we will explore the interconnectedness of all living beings and ultimately embrace the wisdom that nature has to offer us.
Minke De Vos and David Gyurkovics are back this summer for their Tao Alchemy Arts Qigong Teacher Training at our retreat center, where they have been teaching since 2016. This year, they offer various options for participation, starting with Level 1: Tao Basics & Healing Love, running from June 29 to July 13. This initial two-week program emphasizes the fundamentals of Tao Alchemy and the cultivation of sexual energy, incorporating daily practices of meditation, Tao Yin Yoga, and Qigong.
Level 2: Five Elements & Shamanic Alchemy will take place from July 13 to July 27. This segment delves into the Fusion of the Five Elements and Shamanic Alchemy, continuing the daily practices of meditation, Tao Yin Yoga, and Qigong.
Participants can choose to enroll in Level 1, both levels together, or, for those with prior experience in Tao Fundamentals and Healing Love, just join Level 2 for the final two weeks. Enhance your well-being and connect with nature’s energy while tuning your personal Energy Body to resonate with the Source.
From July 31 to August 4, we are thrilled to have Sarah Salter Kelly returning to lead her Shamanic Journey Training. This event is private, and after the wonderful experience we had with Sarah’s group last year, we can’t wait to have her back. The retreat center is buzzing with life during midsummer, with bees and hummingbirds all around, the lake is warm enough for swimming, and the mornings on the patio are incredibly serene.
A familiar group is set to return for their second gathering this year from September 5 to 9, featuring the Nature connection, Cultural Mentoring and Village Building retreat. A camp for youth exploring connection to land through music making and culture. This private event will be led by Fresh Trax, promising a unique experience for all attendees.
As we transition into September, the season of autumn approaches quickly! From September 12 to 15, we will welcome back our Kirtan Retreat, another private event hosted by Robyn, Marco, Annie-Claude, and Santosh. This retreat has been a highlight in our calendar, and we eagerly anticipate its return to our cherished center.
To wrap up the year, we invite everyone to the last two events- Enliven Retreat, an open-to-the-public event happening from September 26 to 29. Hosted by Kelly and Andy, this retreat will focus on nature, daily practices, and nourishing meals, providing a space for reflection on your life’s journey. Join them for a weekend filled with sacred ceremonies, community bonding, yoga, meditation, guided hikes, and opportunities to explore the beautiful surroundings. And our last retreat of the season is a new group! Soul Fire : A Women’s Retreat of returning to your roots with shamanic, energetic and physical practices. This retreat will be hosted by Brittany and Amanda from September 30 to October 3 and is open to the public to attend!
