Due to health issues by the previous owner of the retreat center, plus the long drawn out sales process the property as a whole is in considerable need of some TLC.

Here are some repairs that have to be addressed;

• the roof still needs more work
• all decks of the lodge and the barn need replacement
• the garden needs a new fence
• the work shed needs major repairs, possibly a rebuild
• relocation of the sauna and hot tub

Those are just some of the things we are looking at!

The costs of all these necessary repairs  are considerable, therefore we are reaching out to all that would be able to donate to the center – anything helps!
