Young Baked Garlic
Serves 4 * 20 minutes




Mmm.. Garlic
Pick your garlic in early June, leaving a pinky and a half of stem. This recipe serves approximately 4 people. There is room for adding more or less garlic depending on how much you love garlic.
Ingredients
- Young garlic, a few whole cloves
- Butter, 1 stick
- Rosemary, 1 tbsp.
- Salt & Pepper, to flavor
- Crusty Sourdough, loaf
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- After you pick and leave a pinky and a half of stem, clean and cut off the root
- Layer it into a small baking dish, covering the bottom, and layering up from there
- Top it with the entire stick of butter
- Add salt, pepper, rosemary, and a splash of water
- Cover and bake at 350 for 20 minutes, check it
- Serve warm with crusty sourdough
